After upgrade dashboard incomplete

   Hi,

   i just upgraded to version 0.8.3.1

   Everything seems working fine, but in the dashboard i no longer can see the plugin tab or the theme tab...?

   Can anyone help what went wrong?

   Are you still the keymaster or did you get somehow demoted to an editor or something?

   Also, is it possible that the files just did not all get transferred? Can you compare the zip file structure to your installation structure?

   i have installed latest version of bb press in my subdomain http://fanclub.bigspott.com

   but my dashboard is incomplete i can't see anything except theme changing option

   anyone can help?
