Just installed bbpress and created 1 forum and 1 topic

I’m using WP 3.5.1 theme wp-consultant then installed Buddypress 1.7 and then bbPress 2.3
can manage forums from WP Admin panel, but don’t have a way to display a Forum page

I just installed WP 3.5.1 and BBpress 2.3 and I can’t see the new forum listed at the top of the main page. I have admin access OK. I can get to the forum by typing the url in. Have I done something obviously wrong?
