Just adds a small Dropdown with all users to select one to notify him about this topic.

    it would be better that not list all user only moderators because the dropdown menu will be too long for more than 20 users!

    It shows emails from unknown user:

    I'm guessing this line needs to change
    'From: ' . bb_get_option('admin_email')
