Social It adds a (X)HTML compliant list of social bookmarking icons to topics, front page, tags, feeds etc. See configuration panel for more settings.

It can add the following social bookmarks: Twitter, Digg, Delicious, StumpleUpon, Reddit, Diigo, YahooBuzz, Technorati, Mixx, Facebook, Myspace, DesignFloat, GoogleBookmarks, Blinklist, Script & Style, LinkedIn, Newsvine, Devmarks, Mister Wrong, Izeby, Tipd, Friendfeed, BlogMarks, Twittley, Fwisp, DesignMoo, Ning, DesignBump, Hacker News, Identica, PrintFriendly, Sphinn, Fleck, Xerpi, Netvibes, Netvouz, GlobalGrind, Wikio, Blogosphere News, Posterous, Techmeme, Ping.fm, ToMuse, Plurk, Tumblr, Strands, Stumpedia, Current, Blogger, Orkut, TheWebBlend, Wykop, BlogEngage, Hyves, Pusha, Hatena Bookmarks, MyLinkVault, SlashDot, Squidoo, Propeller, FAQpal, Evernote, Meneame, Bitacoras, JumpTags, Bebo, N4G, E-Mail, some Dutch websites like NUjij, eKudos, BobrDobr, Yandex, Memory, 100 bookmarks, MyPlace. It can also display the feed URL of the current page you are on (If no feed URL is available, it uses the main feed URL).

Social It can also shorten the Permalinks and offers a list of Short URL Services. You can choose any of those, and it will be used to shorten the URLs.

It automatically fetches description, title, content, etc. Still, on all pages it is not possible. So please do not forget to check the Settings page of the Plugin, and configure it correctly.

It has a variety of options which you can choose from, and displays the list of Social Bookmarks in Style!

This plugin is inspired from the SexyBookmarks plugin for WordPress made by Josh, Jamie, Gautam (me) and Norman.

    @ gautam,when I used the 'sharing is sexy' image from the plugin admin menu, This image doesn't show up... The default shows (sharing is caring) when default is selected ...

    The directory is chmodded to 777.. still its showing an error... strange...
    Try chmodding all files and folders within Social It to 755

    Plugin updated to version 1.1

    Here are the changes:
    * Some bug fixes like Twitter message wasn't being sent properly, Sharing is Sexy image was not being shown, and some more minor bug fixes
    * Bookmarks can also be shown in the feed, but in simple list, not in style (you have a option for that in the settings page)
    * Auto Updater - If the update is available, then when you go to settings page, then it will show a text message that update is available. Added this because bbPress doesn't offer auto upgrade functionality like wordpress :-(

    I just checked that out... it's working fine for me. Might be your theme css would be overlapping the styles of the plugin. What you can try is selecting no in the Animate-expand multi-lined bookmarks option.

    Upgraded to 1.1, did chmod 755 to it and all contents. No fix. Graphics still broken.

    I had also tried to install the plugin on a fresh install pf bbPress. But I had forgotten to chmodd the directories. I faced the same problem, I then chmodded the my-plugins directory & all sub directories, files under it to 755, and the images came up....
