I hope this Plug-In might help anyone, as it helped me :)
I tried to make it as flexible as possible...(thx to _ck_, your plugins helped me to understand it a bit myself :) )

I uploaded an extra smiley pack in the same directory as the default smiley pack, and I selected the new pack in my profile, but it doesn't change. The default pack is the only one that works...
