This plugin adds a "Ignore" link to each post on a topic page (once you edit post.php) so members can easily block all posts by any member they don't get along with. Any ignored members will show up in their edit profile so they can remove them if they change their mind.

I noticed that when I ignore a user I can still see their tags. This would be a great enhancement - also 'ignore' the tags of a user I have ignored. Thx!

Hmm, I am not sure if tags are stored with the user name who created them which would make such a feature nearly impossible but I will look into it (eventually).

ck, are you planning to integrate this with the karma/reputation plug?

dopp13r, I'm not sure what the benefit would be to integrate the two?

Thanks _ck_, you really are amazing. I have used many of your plugins and was happy to make a donation a while back. May be time for another soon!

Great plugin, but a user of mine noticed a minor glitch. The option to ignore yourself doesn't show up in the topic pages, but one can easily copy and paste the URL to ignore someone else into the address bar and change the user number to themselves.
More maliciously, one user could trick another user into clicking on a link that would cause them to ignore themselves. It's easy enough to undo in the profile edit page, but just something that might warrant a fix with a future version...
Keep up the great work!

There's lots of things you could do with crafted urls and trickery like getting people to log themselves out of the forum or reset their password. It's not unique to this plugin.

Ah, good point. I'll just have to keep an eye on our prankster members. ;)

I'm having the problem mentioned in the FAQ with ignoring a user at the end of a topic is ignoring the whole topic. I tried the fix listed there, but it doesn't seem to be making any difference. Any other suggestions?

Also... has anyone reported problems with ignore mode screwing up pagination? Because I'm getting that too.
If I've got a discussion topic with 100 posts and 10 pages (10 posts per page) and I've got one user set to ignore who's made 20 posts in that topic, pages 9 and 10 are still showing up in the pagination although they are not accessible because my ignored view is only supposed to show me 80 posts and 8 pages.
Lots of my users like to jump to the "last page" to view the most recent posts, and it gives what appears to be a blank topic page with no posts in it as an error.
Thoughts?

I have not updated this plugin in quite awhile and I'll probably have to fix some things in it soon.

Sweet, thanks!

It doesn't only ignore the person, but it ignores the entire forum topic too! Also nothing is displayed in the profiles. THis plugin is broken :(
