This plugin will enable features to give moderators forum specific privileges. This plugin will by disable all privileges for the moderator by default and will need to be given explicit privileges for each forum he needs access to.

The admin menu can accessed by keymaster from Admin > User > Forum Moderators

I selected one subforum for a "test" moderator, using this plugin. It is activated. This "Test" can post in any forum. I am using 8.2.1.

  2. This plugin does not appear to work in the current release - 9.0.4. Any chance it will get updated or should I do that myself?

  3. Apparently the auther of this plugin no longer supports it. I am using the current bbPress release and version 1.0 of this plugin. The admin menu comes up just fine and lists all the users who are NOT key masters. I select the forums I want a user to moderate, only the options never save. Anyone know what changed from bbPress .74 to the current release that would cause this? I am goig to look through the code and see if I can fix it.

Finally, what are the rules about fixing and posting those fixes to someone elses plugin? I would prefer not to hijack a plugin, but I would think others would want this working in the latest release.

  4. Starting from the Hidden Forums plugin I hacked together a way to integrate BBPress with BuddyPress and allow moderator permissions on a single forum base.

I wrote a quick and dirty tutorial here:
    http://www.stefanoforenza.com/how-to-create-private-and-moderated-forums-buddypress-and-bbpress/

As the result of the queries gets written to simple PHP arrays, any of you non-buddypress-users looking for PHP configurated moderation permissions may want to try tweaking what I've put together. Or even write an administration interface ;-).

  5. In 0.9.0.3 the Delete option is showing on all topics, but the Edit option it works as it should be... only in the specified forums for that particular moderator. Anyone figured out a fix for this?
