Very interesting and well done. Deletes never-used accounts.
I see it does a sort-of pseudo-cron hooking into bb_init.
You could even extend it to delete accounts that have only logged in say 1 time over six months/year/etc.Did your forum have a problem with multiple registrations that were never used?
This reminds me that I've been meaning to write a plugin to limit the number of bad login attempts for any username.
