I can't activate the plugin. It produced a fatal error, bbPress said.

It requires MagpieRSS, which is not included in the bbFlickr distribution files, which is why there's that error.
Just download it from here: http://magpierss.sourceforge.net/ and install it in the bbflickr/magpierss directory and you'll get over the activation error.
