For the time being, yes.
Ah... damn. ;-)
Maybe in the future? I'll check back later. *g*
After the Deadline seems to be throwing an error on my forums (upgraded to the newest release as well just to make sure).
Error: undefined - unable to communicate with the spell checker
Please try the development version which can be downloaded from here - http://bbpress.org/plugins/topic/after-the-deadline/after-the-deadline.zip
as I said in the forums it worked great thank you very much :)
AtD 1.5 released! Changelog:

* Removed API key requirement
* Updated AtD/jQuery
* Removed compatibility with bbPress 0.9
* Improved coding efficiency
* Updated translations & screenshots
Nice! Works great for german now!
Would be a nice improvement if you would integrate it into "BBcode Buttons". ;-)

any suggestions for what I can do to fix the problem?
@Steven
Are you sure that the plugin directory is intact? Try downloading the plugin folder again and and upload it to your server. Also ensure that the plugin folder (and sub-folders and files) are chmodded to 755.
@gautam .. that did it :) .. I had tried using the update through the Plugin Browser originally so I went in and deleted everything in the After the Deadline folder and uploaded all the new files .. everything works fine now .. thanks
