So how exactly does this system work. Will it allow the admin to see who put the tag into the thread. And can mods such as myself also view the tag history as well?

And manual delete link?

A plugin would have to be created to do that automatically.

But using this plugin you can at least see when a tag was made and use the link to manually delete it.

I use akismet and he blocks the spam topics, but the spam tags persists!

Personally I also think it looks better in 0.9 but that's just me.

It cannot damage anything during testing as it's a read-only kind of plugin (for now).
