still works fine for me using 1.1-alpha.

one problem though, just repeating Sean Metzgar's query above - is there any way to increase the default number of custom titles?

otherwise, no problems. great plugin!

Yep, the problem lies in the database.

It seems that the orginal user role was stored as:

a:1:{s:9:"moderator";b:1;}

And after chaging the parameter "Ignore the 30 second post throttling limit" that is changed to:

a:2:{s:8:"throttle";b:1;s:9:"moderator";b:1;}

After that, the role is not recognized properly. Disabling the throttling limit solves it.

Nevermind, I overlooked it in the readme.txt. I just needed to add an echo:

echo post_count_plus_custom_title($user_id)

Hey _ck_, dumb question:

I'm doing some minor tweaking to my theme's profile template page. I would like to replace "nickname" in the H2 with the custom title (currently is "Display Name (nickname)" - I want "Display Name (custom title)").

Which function do I call to output the custom title? I've tried:

post_count_plus_custom_title($user_id)
post_count_plus_custom_title($user->ID)

...to no avail.

Am I using the wrong function? Am I using the wrong argument?

I have bbpress installed (1.0.2). I have everything working properly EXCEPT: the number of posts never changes. It always shows "1" for any user. Can someone help me please?

Hi, this plugin seems to conflict with Nightgunner5's bbpm plugin. When I deactivate this plugin, the "Send PM" link appears, but when I reactivate it, the link disappears.

Any suggestions on how I can rectify this problem?

I think I have found something. I checked the role for all of my users and when I go to the Users page in the Admin panel, I see the following roles:

Member,
Moderator,
Administrator,
Key Master,

Note the "," behind every role, they are actually visible.

When I change the role of a user, the roles are then showed as:
, Member
, Moderator
, Administrator
, Key Master

So first the "," and then a space.

I will check in my DB if those characters are visible as well.

Since bbpress 1.0.1 more titles do not work anymore. I have two mods on my forum of which only one had his name in red and his title is shown as mod. (In red) The other one has his name in black and is shown as user and not mod.

I have the same problem as DoctorWomb. All titles work as expected, but the role for the keymaster is shown based only on the postcount, and not on the role of the user.

I noticed that in the plugin the role is specified as "keymaster" but bbpress shows the role as "Key Master" (so with a space included in the name) maybe that is wrong?

Thanks so much for the plugin, it's EXACTLY what I wanted!

One small thing -- I seem to be having trouble assigning a title for the Key Master role. Administrators and everyone else have no problem, but anyone with the "key master" role revert to senior member instead. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Did the recount solve it or not?
You are the first to report such a problem so I am uncertain what it could be.

First I would backup your mysql database just to be safe.
Then I would update to bbPress 0.9.0.4 to make certain it's not a subtle bbPress bug when interacting with plugins.

and see if it persists after that.

Wait, why are you using 1.1.2 ?
Make sure you update to the newest 1.1.10

Yes I did a recount.

Well I don't understand... I did other tests with Post Count Plus activated. Sometimes I have the blank page, sometimes I am right redirected to the post page and don't have it.

What can be the problem?

Did you try doing a recount under the admin section and include post counts?
"[ Rebuild Post Count For All Users ]"

Don't forget to upgrade to 0.9.0.4 (though I doubt that will do anything for this problem)
