The ban only lasts for the length of the session, ie. the default is 30 minutes, so it's a temporary ban. You should not be getting false positives like that unless you lowered the default settings? Next time it happens, look carefully at how many pages they have read and how long they have been online. You can also disable auto-banning entirely. Just set the ban speed and ban pages to zero. No idea why that happened... he was using Firefox, then was able to log in with IE. I've added so many features I am worried there might be a problem or error or two and I suspect not everyone reads instructions when upgrading so I just want to make sure it all works first. This is my largest plugin ever (over 70k in code), I've incorporated many ideas from the full User Track (and even surpassed it in some regards).
