"+x more" how do I show all posts, always?

(probably need a sub-forum for documentation)

I noticed the forum here never shows the "+x more" posts like my test forum does. How do I turn that "feature" off and show all the posts (with pagination) at all times?

What is that feature anyway, I don't understand it?

Ah I've now learned this is from the moderation plugin which apparently is moderating ALL posts even though it's set not to :(
