i changed it in bb's admin and then i couldnt get back into it. i cant see where its stored in phpmyadmin, do you know where it is? the url for the bb installation the value for the actual forum site.

after damning God 20 times and screaming so loud my neighbours heard me.
It finally f*cking worked !!
although it was the biggest headache in the world i believe this is a great product but structured very shitly, i just think you guys need more help in creating better documentation.
ill create a detailed tutorial for people like me later as to what i did, even though in someways i dont know what i did.
