I launched my forum and when a user goes to the page the forum says “You must be logged in to reply to this topic.” Which after I would assume it would say “Create one Here!” or something like that.

So right now how does a user create an account to post?

Active the option inside WordPress > settings

There is somewhere a checkbox that says ” allow people to register on your site ” * something like that.

If you activate that checkbox people can register to your WP site and reply and create topics.

What if I cant click that option? Its greyed out :/

I discovered my plugin S2members was making free activation not possible. When I disabled that I was then able to put a check in the box “Anyone can register” I went back to my forum but there is still no option for a user to “Create an Account”

Create a new page and use the [ shortcodes ]

OK great that gives me the options on the main Forum page. Is there a way to have these options at the bottom of each forum page?

Look at the Widgets maybe you can drop a Login-/register Widget in the sidebar..
