Where are 'display names' in reg and profile?

   Hi, I cannot see either in registration page nor in profile the display name input form.
   <quote>Display names used primarily for user identification display, which allows special characters to be used</quote>

   I only see: Username (Username) in the profile which is annoying (example of what I mean)

   How do I use it, how do I edit display names?

   To answer myself: display name is choosen from a combination of first and second names.
