What kind of server i need?

How much RAM memory?

What kind of procesor?

Go for the second, otherwise you have to move to a new one very soon.

I guess the prices for the servers are not very different

or take the first with more memory…

You could get by with 1, but it’d be sluggish at peak times. Option 2 would suit you best in the long run.
