Warning and Fatal Error in multiple places

   I get this same message i nthe following places:

   1) Clicking admin
   2) Trying to delete a topic

   Warning: require_once(../wp-load.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/addonc5/public_html/Forums/bb-config.php on line 65

   Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../wp-load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/home/addonc5/php') in /home/addonc5/public_html/Forums/bb-config.php on line 65
