   Hello, in 0.9.0.5 is impossible to make user with cyrillic name.

   How to register that user with national symbols?

   The official word is that non-ASCII characters won't ever officially supported is usernames, for security reasons:
   http://bbpress.org/forums/topic/accents-in-username#post-19400

   Instead, display names in 1.0 can now be in unicode...
