User Role Forum Permissions

   Am I correct in understanding that currently there is no way to set role permissions on a per forum basis?

   We are able to use member plugins to control the global permissions for a particular role - but we can't, for example, allow the 'Author' role to access the 'Author' forum whilst preventing all other roles from accessing the 'Author' forum - correct?

   Hi,

   Can current 2.0.x codebase could allow that feature writing a specific plugin?

   Is that implemented in current 2.1 development version?

   It would be possible to do, yes. It is not a planned feature at this time, no.
