Something wrong with my profile views

When I am logged into my account on my forum http://storeeboard.com and I view my profile, it comes up with 'User Activity' and shows all of the topics I have started and all of my recent replies plus my email and website etc. But when viewing other members profiles it just comes up with their name and the avatar they have uploaded.
I want to be able to set it so that when a user is logged in and they view somebody elses profile, they can see all of this information (but I don't want to show their email address).Any help is appreciated. I am using the kakumei theme but fairly heavily modified.
