Replace all MonsterID Avatars with generic custom avatar

   I have a forum where I was using MonsterID avatars for each member who didn't have a gravatar. I would like to remove the MonsterID avatars from all non-gravatar having members and instead replace it with a custom generic avatar. Is there a way to disassociate the monsterid avatars with each member? Thank you!
