Registration emails are not being received

    When a new member signs up on my new community portal at http://www.truebluetribe.com, the registration email that is supposed to complete their registration is not being received. Where do I go to troubleshoot this issues? If possible, I would also like to customize this registration email.

    HELP!

    Although I didn’t get the help from this forum, I was able to find out that I needed to download a plugin called “configure SMTP’ that made it work fine.
