No login/register button link on forum page

   my forum has no login or register link button. It shows login form only when I click addtopic. justinbieberzone.com/forums . When I checked on the database phpmyadmin, there are only

   bb_forum,
   bb_meta,
   bb_post,
   bb_topic,
   3 bb_terms,

   is this normal?

   How do I add register and login link? thanks alot.
