    our new topics that don't have any replies don't show automatically

    here is an example

    does anyone know why please?

    i only see them as an admin after clicking 'voices +1 more' (array voices) - what is that btw?

    Akismet and Bozo Users come to mind:

    If a post is marked as spam by Akismet or a user is marked as a bozo, they will not show up to normal users. The +1 more means that the 1 post was either marked as spam or deleted without the topic being deleted.

    The "(Array voices)" is probably a plugin error. What plugins are you running on your forum?

    Please try recounting. Check all on recount page in admin panel.

    Sometimes, this weird error occurs if you have pretty permalinks, but your .htaccess dows not reflect the permalink settings.

    In any case, you have to do a recount, the negative counts are surely wrong.

    thank you all .. here are the answers

    plugins are:

    Akismet
    BBXF Export
    Instant Password
    Simple Onlinelist

    unfortunately when running a recount i get

    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/metabolism/webapps/metabolism_board/bb-includes/backpress/functions.core.php on line 1048

    any idea why?

    Try disable ALL plugins. Then try if site works/recount. If no, activate all plugins, problem is maybe in bbPress installation. So try this next. :)
