Missing "Settings" in admin

  1. Using v1.0.1, I can not find the settings area under admin. I have "Dashboard", then "Forums", "Topics", and "Posts", then "Users". Anyone know what is wrong or have an idea how I might troubleshoot this? Also, probably related, when I click on the "Change Theme" from the Dashboard, it takes me to the forum home page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2. You may be having issues with User Roles in your installation. The redirect back to the forums generally happens when a user does not have permission to access a certain area.

Are you using WordPress integration at all? There seem to be some problems with that and user roles.

  3. Thanks for the response.

Yes, we are somehow integrating with Word Press. The two share a common database, so users show up in both places and can log in to both places (unfortunately login sessions are separate). They share a common style-sheet as well, but that shouldn't be an issue. Themes/Templates are separate.

    Thanks again,
    Chadwick
