Members plugin help?

   I just installed the Members plugin, and am attempting to put it in a widget. To do so, I have to specify a Register URI and a Lost Password URI. Understanding that I am so green that I had to look up "URI" in a glossary... would someone be able to explain to me how to find/create/etc the URI needed? Thanks!

   Ok... so I just found a previous post addressing this. I was afraid that I'd have to create the pages. I can go to Add Page in WordPress, but what do I do with the page to make it what I need?

   may be to apply the page a template from the drop down menu.
