link to latest post on frontpage?

   hey guys,
   i wonder if it's possible to link to the LATEST Post by any user in any forum on the frontpage of my forum. if i click it i don't want to simply link to the forum where the latest post was written in but link to the post itself with the hash-value

   e.g. myforum.com/topic.php?id=1&replies=33#post-40

   how can i do that! thank you for your help!
