Is it okay to recreate the wordpress (.com and .org) forum theme?

   Just wonder if it is okay to recreate and share with everyone. It is not exactly alike but it is very close to it.

   Lotus lost the look-and-feel lawsuit a long time ago so IMHO go for it. Several people have been asking for such a theme.

   Automattic generally don't have a problem with this sort of thing at all unless of course you were using it to pretend to be WordPress.org or WordPress.com in some sort of deceptive way. Which of course you aren't. :)
