installing errors

   when ulploading 1.0.2 to my wp install and then it says activate or return to plugins, i click return to plugins and there is no bbpress... so i delete it from the sever and try it again, this time chosing to activate the plugin and i get this error "The plugin does not have a valid header."

   bbPress isn't a WordPress plugin but a standalone software.

   is it going to become a plugin? like in the repository?

   That's the plan, but that's a long way off. For the foreseeable future, bbPress needs to be installed separately from WordPress.

   ah ok, would this be the same reason simple-press isnt in the repository either?

   I don't think so. Simple:Press is definitely a WordPress plugin. I suspect it's due to licensing issues.

   But, Simple:Press is a WordPress plugin. bbPress is not.
