I finally finished the translation to Traditional Chinese(zh-TW).

   This is my first try to translation.
   Have tested on my own install of bbPress for couple times.

   How do I submit it to the bbPress?(Can I?)

   Hi OP,

   Have you figured out how to submit new languages? I can't wait to see the Traditional Chinese translation!

   You should definitely host this file somewhere to help others.

   Try mediafire.com or similar, getting SVN access is difficult now.
