I want to keep site members who are spectators from seeing private forums (normally visible to anyone logged in. Participants should be able to see and post to private forums.

I suspect this will require a very small amount of code, so I don’t want to use an overkill plugin. I’ve been searching for 2 days to find a plugin that can do this and I’ve failed miserably.

Would some kind guru help me to code this?

Ok… forgive me. It appears this is already the default behavior. Man, I can’t express how much grief I’ve had over this thing. I can’t believe its already doing this – dunno how I missed that.

Heh – no wonder I was having such a problem finding a plugin that wasn’t complete overkill or really intended to do something else. That is a bit funny.
