   I found the solution, but through google which index the forum ... instead of the forums search ..

   fix: [Stick topic (to front)] at the bottom of the post after posting it. gotta be admin though i think

   @massbase - That's not a plugin... if you're an admin (or moderator too, I think), you can see that "move topic to" pulldown.
