How can I increase the size of the topic box so that the content isn't squashed.

   I've created a guidelines topic but it appears OK at the top and squashed at the bottom.

   Is there a way to increase the character count/size of the topic box so that the topic has a uniform appearance?

   Also is there a way to stick this topic directly in the announcements category so that users can click and get to it straight away ((miss out the forum)

   Must be a bug. I've just posted a topic that is a lot longer than this one and it was OK.

   Doesn't look squished to me.
