How about simple wiki plugin

   This plugin must allow users edit all messages in some one forum.

   this is very bad - editing messages in forums, esp. if they are answered! the best decision i've seen - first X minutes it can be edited (misspelling e.g.) and then - not - because it is or was a definite opinion, and it's not right to change it after people saw it. imho you'd better just make a wiki ) not a forum. btw even in wiki all the dicussion history is saved and can be seen.
