Hi.

I have encountered a problem in my forums where users don’t get email notifications even if they check “Notify me of follow-up replies via email”. I also use Paid Membership Pro and I think that’s the problem since the email notifications worked previously.

Any ideas?

Yes, I have. I’ll see what they say if they answer. Do you know of any other plugins that might do this? Or any other reasons for this happening?

Best way to find out if it is their plugin is to deactivate it and do a test post to see if that goes through.

Email is at best a shaky medium, and many things from host provider, server, links, wordpress, plugins and just plain complexity can make something that worked stop. Switch it off and on again can fix quite a lot, so even deactivating a plugin and reactivating it can fix.
