Edit Forums Error – "Cheatin’ uh?"

    Hi there,

    I just installed bbPress, and I’m logged in as an Administrator.

    When I clicked the “Edit > Forums” menu link, I get the error “Cheatin’ uh?”

    What does this mean, and how do I fix it?

    Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies?

    Deactivate bbPress, and activate it again. It sounds like something is preventing roles and capabilities from working correctly. Are you using some kind of plugin to privatize your site?

    I am having the same exact problem as above. I am using emembers http://members.vinny.com. I have tried deactivation and reactivation a number of times and that has not fixed the issue. Thanks for your help.
