Digg/Slashdot style moderation

   I've looked through the plugin repository and I couldn't find any kind of a user moderation/rating system for individual posts from a topic.

   Is it possible to develop such a plugin?

   exactly, a "thumb up"/"thumb down" for each post, like Yahoo Answers.
