When I’m deleting a topic, it’s still appearing in Admin Panel -> Manage -> Topics, and when I click the name of the topic, it’s redirecting me to it, and it’s red (I can also undelete it)

And my question is: can I delete it permanently, that there won’t be any copies of it, and I won’t undelete it?

There was a post from _ck_ somewhere in here that described the other things you needed to do when you deleted a post, but I can’t seem to find it right now.
