Could we have a liquid default layout?

   I was having a quick stab at adjusting the default kakumei theme and found that I couldn't even add padding to #main!

   Is there any we could get a liquid layout as standard?

   just in case you'd like to move the hottags to the top:

   seperate #frontpage and #hottags in the css and change the pos. from absolute to relative.
