bbpress on a wordpress page

   Someone told me that this might work..

include "bbpress.here";
get_sidebar();
get_footer();
?>

   can someone PLEASE explain this to me.
   what should i put here? >> "bbpress.here"

   and another question, where is the place to install bbpress?

   subfolder? or subdomain?
