Avatars and Gravatars

   I hope nobody has asked this before.

   I'd like a way to allow my users to set a different avatar, whether uploaded by them (like the Avatar Upload plugin) or on a different site. But I'd also like to allow them to choose to use Gravatar. I don't want one or the other, I want both, because some of my users already use Gravatar, and some of them won't ever try it. Any ideas?
