   By default the avatars are tied to your email address through gravatar.
   Go to http://en.gravatar.com/ and register with your email address then upload a picture.

   Thanks! Is there any way to just allow for a picture upload just for your forum instead of using gravatar? I'm assuming there may be a plugin for this?
