Auto Generated Passwords Hit and Miss

   We get an average of 40 people a day registering on our forums and we use the "Approve User Registration" plugin to control spammers etc. Every morning I wake up to 2 or 3 emails from new users stating the auto generated password doesn't work. I have no idea why this is happening. Could it be to do with the approve users plugin? I'm not in a position to switch that off at the moment though.

   Any one else experienced this, know what I should look into?

   Thanks, I will have a look into it. I'm going to be using buddypress soon and therefore registration will be handled via wordpress so don't want to spend too much time banging my head against a wall.
