Ajax on Plugin Admin Page

   Hi,

   I'm currently making a plugin where I really need to use ajax as there are 2 combo box and when the other combo box is changed it must automatically change content of the 2nd combo box so I really need to use ajax with innerHTML. Can somebody give me a simple example on how to do that? Please. I will really appreciate any help.
