About Bavatars

Hello every one , I have a problem about Bavatars.
I have installed “Avatar Upload” and “Bavatars”, and Activated both of them.but there’s two “avatar” on the profile page.
What should I do then? disable “avatar upload” of enable both of them? & what should I add into my template files to show the images?
