3 user role levels, 2 fora levels

Hey!
I just made a fresh new forum and want to set different user-roles to see different fora.
Basically I want two fora ‘levels’: one open and one hidden and three userroles (apart from me as superadmin: mwoahaha!)
1) Visitor: Can read open fora but not post
2) Subscriber: Can read and post to Open Fora
3) Member: Can read, post to both open and hidden fora
What is the best way to achieve this?
