<description>&#60;p&#62;It would be useful if the use of certain tags could be restricted based on user roles.  So, for example, I just added a &#34;todo&#34; tag to a suggestion I received on my site; then realized that since anyone can add that  it's meaning might be lost.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;A similar goal might be achieved if the tags page could optionally separate &#34;my tags&#34; from everybody's tags.
