<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi, I was hoping to find out how to create a simple stand alone topic page for &#60;a href=&#34;http://silentdiscos.org&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://silentdiscos.org&#60;/a&#62; but changing the topic.php in root to $topic_id = 1; etc doesn't seem to be of assistance, any ideas?
